Guided imagery is a holistic, mind-body technique that consists of healing words and hypnotic images, set to soothing music. Repeated listening once or twice a day for two to three weeks ensures maximum impact. Guided meditation and fertility are a natural fit, found in randomized clinical trials to increase relaxation, coping and successful outcomes.
Written and narrated by noted guided imagery pioneer and holistic health expert Belleruth Naparstek, and scored to the exquisite, immersive music of Steven Mark Kohn, this highly regarded guided meditation for fertility was produced by the Cleveland Orchestra's Bruce Gigax.
Much of the content is designed to reduce the stresses associated with infertility and infertility treatment, normalize the process, validate emotions, strengthen self-esteem and reduce any distance between partners by promoting communication during this challenging time. Affirmations are brief and can be listened to while on the go or even while driving.
