Just what I needed

Gifted by the universe exactly when I needed it most. Cracked open my heart to the wisdom and importance of cultivating compassion and providing permission for self-compassion. I am grateful for Dr. Shapiro’s message of love, compassion and forgiveness and for providing the tools of practice.

Good material

I really like the material but I had difficulty with following the Kindle book with the Audible version. It was all over the place. I probably won't do both Audible & Kindle in future books with this author.

Personal Growth

Great content. I'm not into mindfulness religions but this book is not like that, and is really good. The author did an excellent job narrating it also.

Soothing, compassionate voice and wonderful advice.
