Impactful

This audiobook is helping me want to be more disciplined in my practice for meditation and mindfulness. The insights were well communicated and landed positively in its impact. His voice was great and calming but easy to focus on and pay attention to it.

This one is better than The untethered soul

I find it actually inspired me to meditate and explained it better without inducing me into religious beliefs or trying to convince me that if I deny all my feelings and force myself to be positive I'll be free of suffering.
