Good listen

I was given this book for free,

I enjoyed it a lot, and worth a listen to.

Narration was fine as well.

Good Adult Story.

I enjoyed this story. The erotica was not too heavy and the action was well written.

Fun listen

Good story, with an excellent narration. Definitely felt a little predictable at times. But, absolutely worth a credit.

this is the first book i have listened to or read from Nick Noble, and i really liked it a lot from good storytelling to likable characters. and excellent narration. so yeah, i recommend this to any fan of the genre,

Monsters galore

What's it about: A city of monster types. Does it succeed? Yes, there is a wide variety of creature, many with jobs.

When a book has more than three non-human races (and not elf, dwarf, hobbit) that aren't slaughter-bait, I tend to pay attention. This book has many races and has a good internal logic.

Main Character... is okay. The plot thrown at him is pretty good. I quite liked the book.

Well Worth it.

This is the my first book by either the author or the narrator. Im an instant fan. Solid narration. 5 star.
Mc is good. Not a whiner.
Story is thought out with good world building.
About 20% adult and 80% story.

Will definitely get the follow up books.

Pleasantly surprised

New author for me, took a flyer and was rewarded with a great reading experience… I will read the rest of the series and add Mr Noble to my favorites

worth a read but!

well I am not disappointed in reading this and enjoyed this book it also had a number of things I couldn't help but be distracted by.
I have no issue with powerful characters, harems or other such however. even for a quick learner the main character fought way to well for a newbie, never struggled in any fight and had some reactions I found hard to believe.
the side characters where fun and interesting...if we got to explore more of there personality or abilities.

I will admit though I liked the idea of the world, the hidden agency and other elements a lot. however I never felt they where played up much.

humor action and sex

from the moment I heard, "I don't want to hear nothing out of your chicken eating mouth", I was hooked!

About Like You Would Expect (NSFW)

This is an erotic harem story ... which could be a deal breaker for many folks; in this case, most of the story was focused on the plot and not in the bedroom (though there is enough there to be NSFW). The basic plot is hero protects his city from rampaging monsters with a mystery behind why more monsters are suddenly going nuts ... and it follows its fairly predicable script religiously to the point where it is so silly that it was comic book fun ... but what really brings up the total quality is the narration performance, which was good enough to make such a basic story much more entertaining.
