this is a awesome book it has a good story relatable characters and is one of the better cultivation story's

Journey before destination

I like it alot. the characters, the plot, the setting. really hope they dismantle the slavery aspect of their world in the future. but really REALLY looking forward to the rest of the series.

and the bloopers were pretty good, one of them was legit a same tangent thought I had as Gregory walks to his coming of age ceremony. *Gregory walks to the Village center* "where he will fail to become a magi and the story ends" lol, not happening with 9? books in the series. also really happy there is true love in the story after the lustful scenes in the first quarter of the book. which, surprised me, but wasn't as bad as other sexual aspected books on Audible has been from my experience.

A worthy audiobook

15 out 10 for the way the author captures the different styles cultures to show a truly magnificent story line without overshadowing one aspect or another. It was the best audiobook so far above rest. Please get this book it is worth it’s weight in price that you want to have a hold in your library for the ages.

awesome story

The only issue I have with this book is that the mc is really submissive, the only word i can think of is simp, to allot of the females in the story. But overall, the story was very good and kept me listening throughout.

The Hero she deserves

I own about 15 DS books at this point. I will own more. I just find his MCs naive and disappointingly chivalrous (especially the ones that come from the world he's created). Greg isn't one of those examples. He isn't a babe in the woods, just not accustom to the big city's nonsense. Like I said I own plenty and will be buying more in the future.
