The story is about two siblings, Hansel and Gretel, who are abandoned in the forest by their parents after their stepmother convinces their father to leave them in the woods because of famine. However, they fail the second time when they used a trail of breadcrumbs because they were all eaten by animals. Hansel and Gretel encounter a gingerbread house made of candies and sweets.
