Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about his latest book, Life 3.0, is renowned physicist and cosmologist Max Tegmark. A professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and scientific director of the Foundational Questions Institute, Tegmark cofounded the Future of Life institute and has been instrumental in advising on AI research. His latest book, Life 3.0, looks at the new age of artificial intelligence and the consequences of it.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Katherine Ryan, Canadian comedian, actress, presenter and writer. Ryan moved to the UK in 2008 and began her career as a comedian with stand-up shows. Her debut television appearance was in 2012 on 8 Out of 10 Cats, and since then, she has been a regular on panel shows such as Mock the Week, Would I Lie To You and Have I Got News for You, as well as touring with her own stand-up routines. Ryan is also an actress, appearing in sitcoms such as Campus and Episodes.

Solicitor-turned-author Sarah Haywood joins us in the Audible studios to talk about her debut novel, The Cactus, a story of a control freak losing control. Sarah discusses the highs and lows of becoming a published author, turning her back on law to pursue a novel and how her own life influenced the book.

Behavioural Change Specialist Shahroo Izadi and journalist and writer Marisa Bate join us to discuss Shahroo’s debut audiobook, The Kindness Method. Gyles Brandreth has had a wide, varied and illustrious career as a writer, broadcaster, actor, public speaker and minister of parliament. Simon Hooper, social media star, businessman, author and father of four, brings us his debut audiobook, Forever Outnumbered: Tales of Our Family Life from Instagram’s Father of Daughters. Opening a window into real-life parenting through the eyes of a modern-day dad, the audiobook is a comical yet equally emotionally heartfelt ode to family life. Here we talk to Simon about using social media for good, his views on shared parental leave and his favourite parenting moments to date.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about playing the role of Mrs Hubbard in Murder on the Orient Express is lauded British actress Jane Asher.
