Asia Mackay talks to us about her protagonist, Lex Tyler, her own experiences as a working mum that made it into the book and how she juggles her family life with her new career.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his new book, China’s Great Wall of Debt, is former Wall Street Journal reporter and financial expert Dinny McMahon. Bad Love, Blue’s novel debut, focuses on Ekuah’s experiences of love, success and the difficult navigation of choices between the two. We chatted to Maame Blue about writing Bad Love, her inclusion in the #TwentyIn2020 initiative and finding her voice as a writer.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his latest book, The Killing of Butterfly Joe, is acclaimed novelist and screenwriter Rhidian Brook. A writer of fiction since his mid-20s, author and screenwriter Rhidian Brook has gone on to publish highly acclaimed novels, with international best seller The Aftermath soon to be adapted into a film starring Keira Knightley and Alexander Skarsgård.

Joining us at Audible Studios is author, journalist and screenwriter Sarfraz Manzoor. Manzoor was born in Pakistan and grew up in Luton, UK. Being raised in a Muslim family while attending a mainly white school, Manzoor was more than aware of his differences and was told that white people would never accept him.

Magician and presenter Stephen Mulhern joined us at Audible Studios to chat about his latest magical foray—Max Magic—which is his first children’s novel. The combined talents of Rob Grant and Andrew Marshall have had a large influence on British television.
