    While I think it’s great that we are becoming more aware of what is in our food and the laws that go into food in America, I am afraid that we may be swinging the pendulum a bit too far. Obesity isn’t going away with removing ingredients or dyes from our foods. There must be talk about food relationships, mental health, growing your own food, etc. I don’t think most are prepared for what this could look like.
