First time home buyer

It was a very informative book and I have yet to review the associated online materials. I removed two stars because it’s presented in such a way that home buyer can buy a house regardless if they can afford it and should almost blindly trust their agent. It’s worth a listen, just with a critical ear.

Highly recommend especially for first time home buyers!

I'm a real estate professional who has dealt with investors all his career, and never knew the details about buying a home traditionally. This book helped me get my first traditional client to closing, and it helps me deliver great service to my lifetime clients through education.

Excellent book!

I loved it! It had very timely information that was relevant to me and I live outside of the US. It was well written, had great and relatable examples, the flow was excellent. It is a must read book for everyone starting their home buying and Real Estate Investment journey. Thanks for sharing!
