For the beginner and master alike. This book will offer an excellent introduction as well as dispel many of the myths associated with real estate. This book also offers an excellent introduction to personal finance for the novice real estate investor.

I have listened to all the books on real estate currently offered by Audible. This book is by far the best. I have listened to it five times all the way through. The steps it outlines are conservative, field tested, and relevant.

It makes the highly complicated process seem easy.

Great Direction and Focus

Loved the stories associated with success and defeat. A very realistic perspective, and very achievable. I highly recommend listening to and reading this book towards your journey to becoming a millionaire investor.

Great content with lots of details

I've listened to dozens of books on real estate, and this one has been the most detailed with real numbers of any book I've listened to so far. it gets into the math that's key for any real investor.

A poor follow up to the Millionaire Real estate agent

The authors' first book, MREA, was excellent. Maybe that's why I was unimpressed. In this book they seemed to try too hard to use the first book as a model for the second one and I didn't like the way it fit. It might be my previous knowledge of more in depth real estate investment strategy, but this book didn't have the guts I expected. A good starter book for someone getting introduced to these concepts.

Would have been 5 stars but with audio book no bonus cd.
