Calming exercises for the mind
This was a calming and relaxing listen essential to calm your mind and help you get a relaxing rest. I am a big proponent of yoga in general to improve my flexibility, and this one does not disappoint in regards to Nidra. The ocean sounds are a perfect complement to the audiobook. Do this everyday and you will be better for it. Highly recommended for all who need a break from stress and anxiety.

LOVE This Series
I am now following this series of Yoga Nidra by Alamay Aquilay. She uses sounds of nature to go on a very peaceful journey through the art of Yoga Nidra. I find myself after listening to these, going into a deep, meditative sleep.
The dusk sounds near the sea of this audiobook were especially calming to me. I'm going to be listening to these weekly. Highly recommend!

Great for meditation
I listened to this the last several mornings during my morning meditation. It was the perfect thing to listen to in order to get into a deep meditation. I loved to hear the sounds of the ocean.

Meditation game-changer
I have spent my life testing meditations to combat insomnia (yes, to ease into sleep) and anxiety. Well, this one is certainly not intended to be for sleep, but it is definitely becoming one of my favorites! I love how this soothing listen calms my body and mind after a long stressful day. I didn't know that Yoga Nidra is also linked to shadow work as it promotes the release of repressed contents within our subconscious and unconscious mind. I have only started practising over these past 10 days but look forward to finding a calm space every morning or evening and and melting into Yoga Nidra by The Sea. If you are looking for a way to unwind and clear your inner space, you should definitely give this one a try :)

I loved it!
If you would like to boost your self-care routine, improve relaxation and reduce the harmful effects of stress and anxiety in your body, then this is the book for you! Nicole Voronina does an amazing job of presenting us with the powerful effects of Yoga Nidra, (which was completely new to me). This practice is incredibly restorative and can have profound healing effects on your body if you do it consistently, as part of your routine. The background music alone is incredibly relaxing for beach lovers.

Good For Relaxation
It is a calming book good for everyone experiencing stress to listen. It is a soul soothing book with an amazing calming voice leading you through the process. I layed quietly listening to the book with closed door just to have the moment. It is so unfortunate how we always focus on other things while we forget the fact the body gets tired and exhausted. Self care is therefore a need not a want. This book will be a useful tool for self care . please get one if you are embarking on a self care journey.
