Brilliant!
An amazing book that opened up my mind and enlightened me to the importance of the Vagus nerve. I did not know anything about this area before and the impact it has on your overall well being. Trying to help my husband center after surgery
After my husband’s surgery, he just hasn’t been the same and is always tired, in pain, and stressed. I didn’t want to just rely on more meds, so I started looking into natural ways to help.
