A how to apply the trauma release exercises is a good book. Its been on my list for some time and Audible made it possible.

A human approach

As an indigenous American, I was looking for a book that I could recommend to someone who has suffered multiple traumas. Levine offers a down-to-earth method that makes sense to me coming from a traditional native background.
