Great words and perspective from a wise modern swordsman.

After listening to Mr. Windsor read his book, I felt as though I was in a class with him. His personal and professional experience from teaching and training is invaluable. He gives great perspective on not only swordsmanship, how to better other aspects of our everyday life, such as sleeping, stretching, and giving yourself some grace. I wish Mr. Winsor was closer to my location. I would love to not only courses, but sit and talk with him and gain his perspective on different facets of life. This was a very good listen.
