Downton Abbey meets the fantasy realm…
… and I’m here for it! This book was a delightful surprise. It was an included title in my membership so I thought I would give it a try, and I just outright loved it. The character descriptions of fae leave nothing to the imagination, I love the narrator’s voice, and it was easy to be immersed in the story and care about the characters. I enjoyed this book so much I upgraded my membership to use a credit towards book 2. Well played Audible, well played.

It’s free with membership but I would have paid for it
When I listen to free audio books I half expect to get what I pay for but honestly I loved this and would totally have paid for this and also the sequel. The performer is fantastic and the story is well imagined and gorgeous. I guessed the ending but still loved the entire journey. Would totally recommend.

Fantasy twist
When I started this new adventure I wasn’t quite sure if it was going to be a story I would get invested in but I was pleasantly surprised. The twists of plot as well as the development of all the characters have drawn me in and I just don’t want to leave their world. Fantastic read and I cannot wait to start the next one!
