I've now read all three series and ill never get them out of my head. as an added side effect I now find the word "chuckle" to be quite sexy lol

Loved it!! I adore this world

I absolutely adore the Lochlann world and was so excited to return once again with this story! If you've read Rowan's story, then you already previously met Davin. And I just loved him!! He's a rogue, but in a charming and funny good way. The cliffhanger ending from the first book left me in pieces!!
The conclusion to Davin & Galina's does not disappoint. This book was so much more than I was expecting and completely surprised me!! I did not put this book down till I finished. The world, the characters, the writing style, everything just pulls you in, and you're emotionally invested.
Highly, highly recommend!!
I've already read the ebooks, but the fantastic audio narration made it feel like I was getting to read for the first time again!!

Keeps you guessing!

I loved this story! These authors have such amazing story and character development. It’s hard to not want to know more about everyone around the main characters.
The mystery of the Viper leaves you guessing until the end! I really appreciated how it was never obvious and had many different suspects along the way.
Though this story had some darker elements than the previous Lochlann stories, they handled it very well (especially in Jocelyn’s bonus chapter).
The narrators are absolutely outstanding! They truly bring the characters to life even more than they already are on the page.

Perfection

I’ve read this series multiple times - one of my all time favorites. Olivia King and Adam Gold are SPOT ON. They are my favorite narrators and bring this story to life like only they can.

Beautiful and messy conclusion to this duology!

I love visiting Lochlann. And Davin is so...swoon! And this one definitely tugged at the heart strings a few times along the way.

So love this world!

I was so happy to get Davin’s story! And I love how these two wove his and Galina’s story together and through the previous stories so seamlessly. Lightbulbs just flicker to life as you read/listen and you’re like, “ohhh that’s what he was doing while Rowan was off doing …” Mote than that, I just love Davin’s story and I loved getting to know him better. The truth behind his facade. The turmoil Galina (and likely all women in her world) has gone through to cause her to make the choices and assumptions she makes with Davin… and then watching their story unfold is so hard because you just want to scream at them sometimes. But it’s so beautiful!

Throwing the bonus chapters in multiple POVs at the end from other characters really was the icing on the cake too!
Ok but no spoilers for this or other books in this world, though!

Overall, this is one of my favorite world of all time. I never tire of it so my heart is happy to have everyone’s stories! I hope they’re not finished yet! Only issue though…as much as I LOVE the voices they choose, I just found it so odd for Galina’s speaking and narration accents to be completely different. Not sure what that’s about. Otherwise, love , love, love. Adam Golds voice is honey and gravel and oh so yum.

Absolute Perfection - Both Storyline & Narration

Elle Madison and Robin Mahle are one click authors for me, and this omnibus audio is no exception. From the emotionally-driven narration to the gripping storyline, I was drawn into each and every word. I loved returning to Lochlann.

I have enjoyed the entire series. I hope there is more to come. I want Evanie to be happy again. I feel like I’ve grieved Mac. I also want to hear the twins find love. I’ve laughed, cried, and have loved these characters! I think Charlie and Logan are my faves💜

Another Lochlann book that did not disappoint! This bundle is amazing because you get both books in the series plus a little extra!! I loved listening to the next generation of the story and was overwhelmed by the amazing ability this author has to keep political intrigue and the characters love stories going seamlessly. It’s such a great listen and I highly recommend!
