Hit on good points.
The book really takes you out of your own thinking and allows you to look at things in a different perspective. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies & the guilt of breakups or people leaving and thinking it’s our fault shines light on we are enough regardless if people stay or leave our lives.

A Soft Love Letter For Your Wounded Soul
This is one of the best books I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. It is ideal for someone that has experienced loss of love. It illustrates beautifully how amazing it is to be vulnerable and open ro love, and does not give criticism for being a person that loves wholeheartedly. I recommend this awesome read for someone that is trying desperately to heal their broken heart, it is a must have!
