Everyone needs this book!

I was not sure what to expect with this book, but I absolutely loved it! It was funny, uplifting and the theme through it all that we are defined, but refined through our mistakes and shortcomings was exactly what I needed in this season. The narration was authentic and I enjoyed Amanda being part of it!

I thoroughly enjoyed it, you are a great storyteller. I felt as though I was there witnessing each account first hand, identifying with many of your very human circumstances, feelings, and thought processes, even though I'm an African-American female.

Refreshing, Kind, Hilarious

This book was everything I always wanted and didn’t know I could have in an audiobook. It was entertaining, enlightening, encouraging, and much more. It really just felt like listening to a friend and mentor tell you stories about his life that make you feel like a better person just by listening. You can hear the joy and life in his voice and I particularly love when the author narrates a book because you can hear the passion and know exactly how they mean for something to come out. I would definitely recommend.
