Give it a chance!

At first I felt like listening to this audio book while going to sleep was helping me to quit smoking.Even after the very first time listening to it! I wasn't having cravings very often and when i did smoke most of the time i didn't even like smoking the whole thing. But now, maybe 2 or 3 weeks after day 1, I find I'm starting to work my way back up to smoking as often as before. But I did miss a few days of listening so that very well could have somthing to do with it. Overall,I think this is a pretty good audio book and definitely have faith that if I stick with it, this book will help me to ultimately quit smoking. And I know this sounds cliche, but if it worked for me, it can work for you too so give it a chance. What's the worst that can happen?

Excellent. I have much better sleeping and thinking habits. I use this daily. I have not9 much restful sleeping. Decreases desire to smoke.

This program really works

I have no problem getting to sleep and I wake up feeling crash focused with no desire to smoke is been almost a month now thank goodness.

it kinda worked... still smoking, but!

not having the early roll out of bed smoke. I'm also down from 3 packs a day to one. will keep at it.

Overall, my most impressed experience is that I wake up at the '5 minutes' remaining mark while listening to it as I sleep. it seems to be an effective alarm clock.

UPDATE! I can still feel my legs.

Why do they talk at the end & wake you up?

I fell asleep quickly and was sleeping very sound and then at the very end the lady starts talking and scares the you know what out of me and then a man's voice and I didn't get back to sleep all night. asking for my money back

Joel Thielke usually scores an A

Dissappointed... Joel has a great voice. His methods are designed to help you sleep, stay asleep and learn something. This is the 2nd book that started out right and BANG music weird sounds start playing and NOW I'M AWAKE in the middle of the night! He needs to redo them and take out the music and sounds....just talk us through or leave silent spaces... just no sounds and music to wake you UP!!!!

It doesn't work

It's very relaxing but it's mainly all music. I kept trying...Yes I slept well with the music but there is hardly any "subliminal" messages sent. Whenever I woke up (light sleeper) all I heard was music. I kept listening but just music...... So it's a big waste of money from me!!

this didnt work, maybe calming for sleep

this title did not work for quitting smoking.if anything I think about smoking more now. it is relaxing in the sense it has something to focus on when I need to sleep.
