Really isn’t a “story”, it is a soothing way to go to sleep. Only complaint is it stops playing I. The middle of the night. Haven’t figured out why. Headphones have plenty of charge.

If you have ADHD or have issues falling asleep, then you need to check this audio out. It’s been a lifesaver. My sleep has improved greatly.

I always wake up thru the night & never felt rested before trying this Audio. I put it on a slower speed to make it last about 9 hours. Drift away to ocean sounds as the waves rock you to sleep. Just as you get thru the "relax & unwind" part, a "jump scare" happens 2 hours in as the Affirmation voice begins. Listen well & follow the guides instructions. Each level of brain wave sleep has 2 hours of sound/ music to sleep REM, Alpha, Theta, Delta (deepest) sleep & Guided back to smooth awareness.

just like sound machines that have repetitive tracks, once this gets into the wave sounds and music it becomes annoying rather than relaxing
