Amazing

Really an amazing book which help you to start a new journey on getting into meditation for someone like me. I still have a long way to go, but I feel that I am on the right path.

So far so good..

Never meditated before so I'm learning, but halfway thru this book it gets loud, I can't stay focused. I've had to turn the volume down so it doesn't startle me. Otherwise, I like it. I am trying this for the 21 days. I'm really hoping meditating works for me.

Amazingly spoken and written!

I've listened to many mediocre hypnosis files and this is definitely not one of them. The audio doesn't sound perfect from the start, but it doesn't take away from how well this is written. Thielke knows what he's doing. Highly recommended!

A good short read and meditation

I found that I like this book as it’s short and really can be listened to as mediation. I will say that you will feel the effects of it for weeks after listening to it!
