About this listen

Have you ever met someone that you had an instant connection with? A feeling like you’ve known them before. This is a story of that type of connection.

I met Amber when I moved across the street from her. As I got to know her, I learned some things about myself. Matters that were not easy to share with or be accepted by others. My goal in writing this book is to help anyone that is going through the loss of a loved one or has lost someone. This is not just my own personal journey through grief but a message of hope and love and a love that survived beyond death.

Where are you on your journey?

Are you in the midst of transitioning a life stage with a loved one?

Maybe you are cycling through the emotions of grief or grappling to sort out the aftermath of losing a precious life.

This book is a memoir of personal reflections of the beginning, middle, and end of a soulful relationship between two women and a connection that brought about valuable lessons from love, life, grief, and letting go.

A glimpse of loss

This story was a glimpse into the lives of two women who held each other through a cancer diagnosis and subsequent loss. The author touched on various themes from the desperation of wanting to stop the loss, feeling let down by medicine, and ultimately connecting with the lost loved one after they passed.

A story that hits home

This was a tear jerker. Probably anyone that reads it can relate to it. A story filled with love, sadness & truth. Great job on a story that is hard to tell.
