I hope book four is made...

it's been awhile since book 3 came out. I'm hoping book four audiobook will be announced soon. Maybe the profit margin has become to small after book 3 to justify the investment of making the audiobook. Either way, news about it would be appreciated...

Ever Exapanding

This was an excellent addition to the series. It added to the ever expanding world and scope of this series. Absolutely loved the running joke based off of Montey Python. I recommend this book.

A Great Adventure

Very well written and performed. This series throughout has been consistently very good and I loved every moment. I got it originally to listen to on my ride to work and found myself finishing it here now less than a week later right around bedtime. A captivating listen with a main character we all wish we could be and a fantastic entourage of well rounded supporting characters all along the way. I highly recommend this book along with the prior two in the trilogy.

Currently My Favorite

I was introduced to Willmarth via his Shadow Sun series. I checked out his other series the Greystone Chronicles, and found Shadow Sun to be a vast improvement over that work. Greystone is geared towards the young adult crowd, Shadow Sun is more mature and complex.
This series gives me everything I need, 3 dimensional characters, believable plots and motivations, and exciting fight scenes with a point.
Give it a try, it has my seal of approval. No harems, sexism, rape or slavery fetishes or racism.

More Excellence!

Well the story continues and it just keeps getting better and better! The plots thicken and the intrigue rises to new heights as the palate broadens . We move to include space into our area of operations. The characters continue to grow and mature in the case of Allistor and it is great to see. I am certainly enjoying this ride and only wish they came quicker!

This series reminds me a lot of "The Land" series only because of the immense emotion weaved in every paragraph; And don't think I missed that Monty Python reference, I liked it.
