Very imporant book, I'm really glad I listened to it and took notes but you may find some chapters boring.

Save your money and the time don't go to college read these books.
If I would have continued my business without going to college I would have been a millionaire by thirty. Instead 20 years later I'm still working on clearing my debt and clearing the brainwashing that is the modern university.

Great Book for learning about Corporations

This book has really opened my eyes about starting companies. I would have never thought i would gain such an understanding of the different angles of operating a company long term. You will not be disappointed.

Worth it for the novice

I'm just starting to explore the Rick Dad Poor Dad series and trying to shift my mindset to getting rich as I enter my thirties.

I know very little on building a business, real estate, the legalities behind it, corporations, partnerships, and such.

This book was added great value to my level. It's (like Rich Dad Poor Dad) full of stories that help visualize a situation better which helps me learn better, however, it's not comprehensive nor detailed or straight-forward

The beginning chapters were all about the types of corporations and the differences between them. A little hard to finish these chapters and I started to lose interest, but I pushed through it (I'm no quitter). Around chapter 11, the book picked up again with some valuable information in each chapter and a new subject

What I got from this book:
- Types of corporations and which one you should choose for you
- What can go wrong when building a business
- Structure of a business, and legal documents
- Protecting your assets is key
- California is on the harder side when building a business, while Nevada and Wyoming offer the best protection

Covers information clearly. Listen twice if new to you and you will gather more information each time.
