About this listen

No business concept was more important to America's economic revival in the 1990s than reengineering, introduced to the world in Michael Hammer and James Champy's Reengineering the Corporation. Already a classic, this international best seller describes how the radical redesign of a company's processes, organization, and culture can achieve a quantum leap in performance.

But if you think that reengineering once was enough, think again. More changes, more challenges are coming in the twenty-first century. Now Hammer and Champy have updated and revised their milestone work for the New Economy they helped to create, promising to help corporations save hundreds of millions of dollars more, raise their customer satisfaction still higher, and grow ever more nimble in the years to come.

Limited content

Could have easily been a 1 page article or blog post. Use cases were very obvious.

Skips a lot of Content

Just like the title states. Skipped a lot of material. Still a good listen but for educational purposes, it could prove to be troubling especially if tested on it.

5 star overall but minus one for Audible

Great content but it seems the narrator is reading from the original copy rather than the updated and revised version that is indicated in the cover art displayed on Audible. Still a great listen.

Maybe missing out

While convenient, I found it could have left out extras that were contained in the physical version.

WRONG!!!

If you are purchasing this book for a college class, DON'T. If you are buying it for your own reading pleasure or knowlege, it is a good book. The problem is it says it is a book, when in actuality, it is only a small small portion of the book. The stuff that is in here is definitely straight out of the text, but it is not the complete text. The total time for this guy to read the book to you is something like an hour and twenty. Do any of you honestly think a 200+ page book can be read to you in that amount of time? I didn't know how long the actual text was until after I wasted my money on this.
