For the business owner that needs help WITHIN the organization. There are dozens of other books relating to business structure, systemization, management, prioritizing... etc. However, this is the BEST! It combines all the important aspects of those books then clarifies the points with actionable tips. There is no fluff, banter, or unnecessarily long stories. I didn't fast forward once for this book! ❤️

Every paragraph was loaded with useful tips and information to help grow my business. Only issue is the website they mention that you can use as a toolkit is no longer up.

So many ppl are talking about great books like Good to Great, Start with Why, and The E-Myth - all great books. But this little unknown one tops them all!
