Listening to the Bible
I appreciate listening to the scriptures while I drive in my car or sit in my house. It is God's Word, the greatest book ever written. The reader is easy to listen to.

Chapter titles?
With over 1000 chapters, it would be nice to have Book names and Chapter numbers on the display. Other than that, I have no complaints.

NIV lonely version
What did you like best about NIV Audio Bible, Pure Voice? What did you like least?
Loved this versus the version with guitar and grating voices
What other book might you compare NIV Audio Bible, Pure Voice to and why?
The Message, mainly, was looking for NLT pure voice translation.

Finally had chapter titles!
The reading is done well, but it really has been tough finding where anything was. When there were parts it was a little easier, but when it became one unit finding anything was near impossible.
With this new update every Bible book and chapter is labeled, so you can find everything without going to a book description or written list to equivocate location.
The reading is done well, and the words are easy to understand (even sped up).

Best option on audible
I prefer the NLT for everyday reading but this was a good second choice for listening (no full NLT Bible available on audible at time of this review). Narrator has a nice voice and is broken up into chapters.

OUTSTANDING!!!
I reviewed several versions of audio Bible before choosing this one. I was certainly not disappointed! George Sarris does an excellent job delivering a crystal clear reading and I found his perfect pronunciation of the tricky names and locations in the Old Testament quite helpful! I purchased this media to assist me in my reading thru-the-Bible-in-a-year undertaking and it has been a wonderful tool. SPECIAL THANKS TO TENA, who took the time to list out the break down of the books on the multiple files - MOST HELPFUL! I copied the listing and printed it out to keep handy when I go to change books. Thanks! :)
