wonderful book

So glad I purchased this audiobook. I always thought I was an empath but I needed to listen to this to give me the confirmation and clarity. I appreciated listening to what the empaths weaknesses are and their biggest challenges.

Great listen, very informative!

This great audiobook made me aware of myself. Being an empath is explained in so many words in this book. I wish it would have taught more on how to hone your gift. Lived the descriptions of the several types of empaths.

Fantastic book, but slightly choppy narrator

Diana Ortega has written two amazing books that show how well she can see the full spectrum of this huge issue. It’s everything you need to understand, to feel seen and how to move forward. I was sometimes bothered by the rather unnatural, chopped up reading style of the narrator. She seems too concerned to read correctly so it becomes a bit robotic.
But overall a very good book.

A great book that will surely captivate you.

It is narrated perfectly and is engaging and very informative. Empathy, sympathy, and so much more all broken down and elaborated on in this audiobook. A great book that will surely captivate you from the very first chapter.

For beginner learners only

I am disappointed only for the fact that I didn’t realize before purchasing the book that the info seems to be for people who know absolutely nothing about empaths or narcissists. The information was redundant to information I already learned from another book so I didn’t take anything new away. Just wanted to pass this insight along so people realize it really would be the most beneficial for those who literally have zero knowledge about either subject & are starting from scratch. I also didn’t find any information helpful with regards to staying with a narcissist because you’re married to them; the information provided was only about getting out of a relationship with a narcissist.

I like how this book.

I like how this book goes over what it's like to be an empath. It also gives practical advice on how to deal with different types of narcissists in your life.

Perfectly said helped me figure out what my gift really was and how to perfect it. I connected with a lot of the learnings in this audiobook and look forward to continuing this journey. Thank you.

Good narrator

A super informative audiobook. This type of information is hard to find so I am glad I found this audiobook. I had a lot of mind-blowing moments whilst listening to this audiobook and now I feel like I will be able to protect myself much better.
