This book has been a gem that I found without looking, like a soft touch of help that at the end it became the best anxiety and panic attack book that I’ve had ever heard so far, it has very details advices that will help you in those moment when you don’t see light and I till give you awesome advices to keep going! I have tried many many books but this is by far the best cure or solution to panic attacks and anxiety I have ever ever found. Also very helpful for social anxiety, shyness, confidence and self esteem.

I liked this book and will give it full marks because of how informative it is but mostly because, for once in my life, it actually achieved results in drastically reducing my panic attacks

I couldn’t leave home.. I couldn’t even be in my own home without suffering. Within one day while listening to this book I made it to Walmart. I let go of the stress and the mind games I’d been playing on myself and I just healed. I got my menstrual cycle after not having for one year.. that is physical proof this book has released me from the burden of panic. I’m forever grateful

I struggle with daily anxiety. I’m trying my best to treat myself naturally. This book brought up a lot of topics that I haven’t thought about. Most importantly this book helped me try to start focusing on myself with self care and self love.

This book provides a very thorough guideline for overcoming panic attacks. I highly recommend doing the exercises.

Great little helper here. I’ve been going through a tough time with my panic disorder and this work helped me understand a lot of my disorder and how to chill a little and reframe my thoughts. For us panic sufferers, every little bit helps so much.

If you have Panic Attacks, listen to this book with a notebook close at hand. I’m so grateful that I found it. I have struggled for years with Panic Attacks and Anxiety off and on. I’ve read numerous books, taken Xanax, but wanted to actually be rid of them. This book explains what is happening to your body (which reduced my fears) and had so many gems along the way. I listened to it over 4 days and have had significant improvement in my thinking already. The narrator has a soothing voice as well.

This book is very good with having you think logically and not depend on "distractions" to help you cope, like mediation, or music, or any type of avoidance. It makes much more sense and helps your mind to understand what is happening and stopping it, rather than trying to cover it up and wait for the next panic. I've listened to it multiple times every time I'm having panic or anxiety and it calms me down every time and I'm learning to overcome this disability. I refuse to live like this forever. There is a way to escape it. This book is the best I've heard in knowing there's a way out. Not just coping mechanisms. I highly recommend anyone with anxiety it panic attacks to listen to this book.
