What did you love best about Pass Through Panic?
It will help you understand the causes and problems associated with stress and anxiety. With the understanding it helps guide you through the panic to eventually reducing it and hopefully eliminating it. Honestly it helps a lot. The cost of this could be doubled and it would be easily worth it.

after 11 years of dealing with panic and anxiety, this book has helped me more than anything. after listening to the first hour, I have been panic free for 3 days. that's the longest I've gone in a long time.

Been struggling with panic disorder since age 8, I’m 40 now. This woman’s work has reframed the way I’m thinking and I’m actually believing now that I’ll be free of this. I was able to practice her methods recently and I avoided a panic attack. I celebrated all day

Pass Through Panic by Dr. Claire Weekes
This is by far the best book I've ever read on anxiety disorders. It thoroughly explained the 3 different stages of anxiety, specific anxieties and how to deal with acceptance, the anxiety cycle, negative thought processes and more. For someone who has been dealing with a generalized anxiety disorder for the past 5 years, finally, someone can explain exactly what I'm going through! No doctor or therapist has ever explained it like this.

It's good, it's just the same thing as her book
I recently read Dr. Weekes’ book, “Hope and Help for Your Nerves.” I thought it was very helpful in terms of alleviating stress and changing the way we see anxiety. As such, I figured I’d try another one of her titles. That’s how I got here.
This one is a quick (two hour) audiobook that’s broken down into several “broadcasts.” Overall, the content is good, to-the-point, and helpful. Weekes’ voice is also soothing and assuring, which I loved. However, the content is eerily similar to “Hope and Help For Your Nerves.” Seriously — they’re practically the same product.
So, I’ll leave it at this: I would only buy one of the two products I’ve mentioned. Since this audiobook is longer than “Hope and Help,” then if audiobooks are your thing, buy this one, as it’s likely more comprehensive. If you instead prefer to read physical / digital books, buy “Hope and Help.” Just don’t buy both, otherwise you’ll be left feeling like you bought the same product twice.
