Such a helpful communication book
Overcome Overthinking and Effective Communication are two important topics, and the audiobooks should be required listening to just about everyone in a relationship. As I listened, I wondered how we, as a society, could get very new couple to listen to this two-part book series. Chapter by chapter, the author displayed such a grasp of potential marital problems, I truly believed many problems could be avoided just by listening to the audiobook, much less solve issues that arise.
I would highly recommend this one for anyone, or any couple, looking to improve their relationship communication.

I have to admit, this book is a wonderful guide for anyone looking to improve their relationship by tackling overthinking and anxiety. There are lots of practical exercises and strategies to help you and your partner create a loving and supportive environment. The book is wide-ranging ranging too, covering topics that include understanding attachment styles, building trust, and setting healthy boundaries. Worthwhile exercises for you and your partner
Marriage and relationships are hard. You dont understand what its like to have to give up your personal space and share a life style with someone. It takes patience , understanding and lot of work. Life can send you curve balls that make it hard to interact with anyone. At theses times its hard to listen and not over think. I have those problems quite often.
I felt it was great that this book starts with attatchment styles. Its good to know how you attacht to others and same for your partner. Thast way you can each adjust and meet in the middle if your styles conflict. I also loved the 10 things stopping you from listening. This is a common problem most couples have. Lastly the topic of overthinking. Sometimes you make a problem by overthinking and making the wrong choices. Or even saying the wrong thing at these times. You can aviod it and this book teaches you how. Overall a great book with many practical tips.
