Lots of great information, thank you. He broke everything down step-by-step how he was able to reach a high level of financial freedom. Anyone getting started in the real estate game I would highly recommend this book.

I read on the Internet how some people are concerned that David Lindahl and his teaching might be a scam.

Well I have been investing in real estate for over 14 years now, and in my opinion this is one of the best books on the subject. It provides plenty of valuable information; it is very well written and supremely narrated. The material is engaging and entertaining.

A must read for MultiFamily Investors

Dave has the best insight for investing in apartment complexes. If you just follow his steps consistently for 2 years you will have multiple deals under your belt. Next book for me is emerging markets by him.

Never to late to find a way out

As I listen to the words , it seems like I’ve been hearing them for years. My wife’s cousin started about 15 years ago. He had a vet successful landscaping business, but a lot of stress went with it.
In 10 years he sold his business, and has been very successful in following David Lindahl. He he has always offer to mentor us, but we were to busy or just to nervous.
It wasn’t until my son jumped on board and has persuaded us to take control of our retirement.

We now own our first 6 family and part owner in. 15 family. This all happened over the past 6 months .
Your book is my start at 60 . Goal is to position myself to retire in 5 years.

Excellent how to book on how to become financially independent through real estate

I love the framework on how to execute the ideas. This is by far the best-written book I’ve read on real estate. The plug at the end made the book feel like an infomercial, but he had already delivered the good. So I forgive him. I will be coming back to this book often for reference.
