Great info awful voice

The book is great, voice of reader is terrible, at 1.5 speed it's bearable...it really is like nails on a chalk board otherwise. I know I need to listen to it another go and take notes this time, and mentally have to hype myself up before being ready to listen to her awful voice and bad acting and word emphasises and voice flection.

Required Reading for Multifamily Investors

This book is incredibly well put together and is so full of valuable content that after purchasing the audio version, I purchased the paperback too. Highly recommended for any beginner or experienced apartment investor

Solid compilation of high yield info

A+ collection of data. Way too much fluff in the beginning - actually almost stopped reading (sorry :/) but so glad I didn’t. Even if you’re not interested in syndicating this information is very applicable to MF on smaller scales and actually forces you to consider your prospective investment from a different set of eyes (as if you had investors to justify your decisions to).
