I loved it

I've been following the audiobook version of this series for a while now and I have to say this is probably the best series I've listened to. The narration is fantastic and the story itself is so cohesive and intertangled that it is wonderful to listen to. In the time leading up to the release of this audiobook I relistened to the previous 3 and was shocked to find minor details that on the first listen really were minor but after going through the books again, I've found them to be largely important in one way or another. *SPOILER WARNING*
For example in the first book it is a minor detail that Vaers Boranova (idk how it's spelled) was expelled from the academy. He's not mentioned at all in book 2 but in book 3 it is relevant that Zach has forgotten about him entirely (like most of the listeners on the first go). I find it impressive that such a minor detail from the first book actually turned out to be important. There are other examples but this book and more importantly this series is a solid 10/10 in my book.

I have loved this series and this 4th book was by far my favorite. It tied up everything nice and clean while leaving room for another series set in the world with the same characters. I REALLY hope that another series with Zorian as the protagonist is in the future. This series was AWESOME!

It sticks the landing pretty nicely.

The end of an era. I started with these in podcast form and now we're finally here. All in all, it's a satisfying conclusion to an amazing series. Well done, Domagoi and well done, Jack. Great work. It has everything it needs for the characters: earned power, crazy tactics, real stakes, and a generally satisfying conclusion that leaves room for more. I'm glad I was here for this.

Good Ending

It was great to get to the end of the story and see Zorian finally escape the time loop. I think most major threads were wrapped up. It lagged a bit in the middle but picked up as the ending approached.

Enjoyable

I got wrapped up into this story, and I couldn't stop listening. This is one of the first audiobook series that I have listened to that gave me a true end to the story without buying 10 books. I enjoyed the narrator, and I will look for more books read by him. I am truly satisfied with this series.
