I feel more at peace

I found this book to be so peaceful. I was new to this concept of using sound to help heal and calm you down so I figured I would give it a try and I’m glad I did. Not only does it give you good sounds to experience but explaining how it works which I found to be helpful.

Filled With Great Information on Sound Healing

What a fascinating take on sound healing. Use an audiobook to promote peace and tranquility and use the vibrational sound to bring about healing. I like the use of tuning forks, bowls and using the breath with the step by step guidance. The daily routines make it easier to make it part of my busy schedule. I didn't know a famous mathematician used sound to heal. That was a unique historical fact that I found interesting. I also didnt know that music set to 440hz could be detrimental to physical and mental health. I wan't completely sold on the performance though. I think maybe a younger narrator would have made it more appealing to a younger audience to match the cover.

Loved the topic

so the audiobook breaks down sound healing in a way that makes it super chill to listen to :) you’ll learn how different vibrations and frequencies can help you destress or get centered and the narrator makes it sound like you can just zen out whenever, there’s ancient history stuff (like Pythagoras using sound to heal, which was a surprise), but they mix in modern science... good

Immersive and pleasurable

The subject of frequencies has always been very present in my life since I studied music and I have personally experimented with different types of tunings applied to standard instruments obtaining good results, I have also personally experimented with Tibetan singing bowls and other devices obtaining the same results when practicing meditation, that is why after analyzing this audiobook, I can affirm that it is a work that has good bases and is well argued. The exercises are really good and have beneficial effects on both the psyche and the organism. It is a great audiobook, a very convenient resource to use and beneficial, no doubt.

Absolutely facinating!

I have been listening to a lot of guided visualizations, guided meditations, and chakra cleanse sound healing books with great results! To be honest, I never really questioned the validity and just trusted the process, which has served me well. This book however is super fascinating for me because now I am able to pair my enjoyment with not just feeling better, but actually KNOWING what is happening. If you're curious too or if you are a skeptic, this will be a great book for you to listen to!

Soothing and Informative

This book is a perfect intro to sound healing if you're a beginner. It covers the basics and makes them easy to understand and there are lots of practical tips. it walks you through how to get started, different sounds and how they can help with mindfulness and relaxation. I learned a lot.
