After a harrowing experience with a soul manipulator after he created his Easter section, Elmer Robbins is back and developing a brand-new area based on another holiday. With enough life force gained from the adventurers perishing throughout his dungeon over the last few months, the dungeon core decides to implement the holiday of Independence Day as his newest addition to his dungeon defenses.

Cooking on a grill, playing with water during hot summer days, and setting off fireworks are some of the best things about the Independence Day holiday he remembers from back on Earth, and he wants to translate those experiences into his dungeon. At the same time, he needs to discover a way to prevent the same thing that happened with the soul manipulator from occurring again, because the last thing he wants is his soul captured and used against his will.

However, the danger to his core won’t come from another soul manipulator. Instead, it will present itself in the form of an old enemy, as well as from an entirely unexpected direction….

Independence Core is a short, 37k-word novella set in a unique universe that contains LitRPG and dungeon core elements such as stats and character progression. Contains no foul language, explicit sexual content, or harems.

At enemy falls what will happen to another enemy is yet to be discovered how will he save his wife It was an interesting story Get wait till October Halloween has cometh

Amazing and entertaining

This book was good. I am glad that what happened to the main group in the last book still affected them, and it was not just glossed over. I am a little that there will only be one more book for this series, but all good things come to an end. I see Elmer meeting that soul guy before the end. I will have to keep reading to see if I am correct.

This is a n awesome continuation of the series!

I love Elmer in this book. Although I have to say I wish the Freedom Eagle was more of a scrapper instead of essentially a mad bomber. Also have to say the ending made me kind of irritated it is like man the priests and priestess just think they can come in and do what they want just cause of who they serve.

Not much that I can say that I haven’t said in the other reviews for this series. More great story, more great narration. Jonathan Brooks is just an awesome writer.

4th of July fun and some plot movement

I love novellas because they do not beat about the bush. There is a story to be told and they get the job done right. This novella is packed with fourth of July fun and still managed to pack in some plot movement.
