Good writing

This a college romance although they are a bit older than freshmen. It was likable and I enjoyed the whole thing. Would be better if plus catalog included this kind and a few edgy ones too! Not a fan of the plus catalog.

Fun

This is a fun rom com with lots of laughs and sea lion love ;) I enjoyed how the relationship between Maverick and Ainsley developed over the course of the book.

Good story. Wasn’t exactly what I thought but it was good. Narrators were fantastic and really make this audio great. I can’t really put my finger on what the story was missing but I would give it a 4.25 for the story and 5 ⭐️ for Jacob Morgan

Great Story

If you need something to make you laugh and feel good for a few hours, this is the book!

Enjoyable read!!

An enjoyable and fun read. The banter and romance was a great change to my previous few books. Plus the narrator voice was amazing.

I loved this book when I first read it. Ainsley is crazy. But I totally want to be friends with her. Maverick has a thick exterior but deep down he really does care.

@therealjacobmorgan and @heatherfirthnarrator did an awesome job with the narration. I thought it was the perfect pair to do this. If you like Kristy books, and listening to audio. This is one for you!

3.5 Funny Stars

I laughed a lot listening to this audiobook. This is the second time trying out this author. The first time resulted in a DNF. I’m going to try other books from this author. Hopefully this one wasn’t a fluke.

I loved it!

This is the first book in the 21 Rumors Series. Wow! I loved it! Ainsley and Maverick's story is original, funny, and sweet. Ainsley is such a wonderful character, sassy, and beautiful. Maverick is enigmatic, and protective. They definitely are perfect together. I loved to follow them in their journey to love. This is a sweet slow burn romance. I liked their banter. The supporting characters are great. Heather Firth and Jacob Morgan did an excellent job with the narration. They are perfect as Ainsley and Maverick. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to The Pretender, the next book in the series.

Absolutely Perfect!!

The narrators are absolutely perfect for Maverick and Ainsley. I don't know how they can do it, but they pulled me in so fast and hard, the next things I knew, the book was over and I was ready to hit play again. Amazing audiobook for an amazing story.

IOU Forever!

I found my Book Bestie and her name is Ainsley. How can you not love her with her quirky, hilarious, take no prisoners personality who has a love of sea lions.
I'm not sure if I've ever smiled so much through a whole book as I did with this one. Laughing so much throughout.

I for one would love to owe Maverick as many IOU's as he would like. He is mysterious, cocky yet secretly sweet, caring, and just perfect.
The nonstop banter between thee two--the snarky comments, chemistry was perfect. They were perfect in their own non-perfect ways.

This is my first with the audiobook but my second time reading this and it makes me want to start it all over again. This is the book that opened me up to this author and has not disappointed me since. Where has she been all my life?

I love these two!!

This is such a great book. The banter between the characters has to be one of my favorite parts!! This is my first book my Kristy and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed her style of writing and the flow of the story!
I really didn't want this story to end!!
