Finally answers to all the questions I try to google!
I rarely write reviews but absolutely had to for this book. If you are in the fence about getting it - just buy it!! You absolutely will not regret.
I’ve been following Aviva for awhile now and I’ve had so many ah-ha moments just from the info she shares in her podcasts. However, this book puts it all together for you (which, in my experience, few doctors will do for me).
The book has all the info that I try to google or search message boards for and can never truly find. She’s a goddess. Thank you so much, Aviva for this brilliant book. Based on some of the issues I experience, I already am on track to better understanding how I can improve my situation and my overall wellness.
I’m buying a hard copy so I can have on hand to revisit some things or give to a friend/family member in need of reading this.

Better in printed version.
if English is not your mother tongue, then you might like this book better in printed version because of all the herbs and stuff mentioned.
middle of the book could be skipped. at one point I was thinking why I'm listening and what am I listening as I picked this up because of practical advices,but middle of book is more motivational speech on boosting self confidence. now I'm going to practice the food and vitamins and see how it improves my diagnosis.
in general it's full with info if you know nothing it will give you plenty of info. if you know your diagnosis,you can listen to just part that relates to you
