For everyday needs this audio-book has so many remedies to go. I always look for more natural approaches for caring for myself and my family. I listen this audio-book because I feel like going to the doctor can get costly. So why not try herbal medicine that has been around a long time anyways. With health care so unaffordable and insurance out of sight plus they don't want to pay anything.

This audio-book is put together beautifully, and so easy to follow and understand. My children and I are studying how to heal all of our random ailments using natural products.
