Bio Young by Roxy Dillon is Everything I ever Wanted in a Natural Anti-Aging and Beauty Program
I purchased the audiobook which is wonderful but I heard so much incredibly motivating information that I had to continually pause in order to take notes. I've listened to it about four times now and will probably listen again. I'd encourage buying the hard copy too, so that you may highlight those sections instead of taking notes. Roxy Dillon is the guru of all things natural and specific to women's needs as they go through the life cycle. The anti aging information in this book is relevant to adult aged men and women but it does give extra information for women which is sorely needed in this world of western medicine which encourages women to either take hormones or to accept the greying of their hair and the wrinkling of their skin. This book shares specific foods, herbs, and oils which may be used alone or in combination to address aging on both the cellular and hormonal levels. It is ground breaking and exciting and gives hope to all women who are wise enough to trust Mother Nature and Roxy Dillon!

Great read, very useful
What made the experience of listening to Bio-Young the most enjoyable?
Full of actionable advice, which is exactly what I was looking for. Her experience and what she brings to the table helps as well.
What did you like best about this story?
She gives good advice, and at the end of each chapter gives examples of what you can make for yourself. I've made a couple of these and I'm happy with it. She actually looks the part too if you look her up, without ugly surgeries and botoxed lips. It's like a book on weight loss, and for once the author isn't some fat guy.
What about Beverley A. Crick’s performance did you like?
The narrator has a good voice for this. Not boring for a second.

Buy the actual book!
In order to have all the recipes she provides and directions, it is just better to have the physical book in hand. I liked listening to it so I knew where to look in the book for specific things.

Great Book but NEEDS a PDF for the Recipes
Any additional comments?
Great and interesting book however it needs a pdf file for the recipes especially since some of the ingredients are hard to spell. I took notes while listening so that helps but a pain to do it that way. Buying the Kindle version would also work but I'm not spending extra for the same information.

So much great information
If you are interested in slowing down aging, or aging gracefully and doing it using natural oils and herbs, this book is packed with great information. Its not a book you will read like a novel, you will listen and re-listen many times..just great information all in one place. I would love for her to write another book, but I just cant imagine what more information there would be. This Author is amazingly knowledgeable.

Life changing!
This was a wonderful book full of easy to learn and retain no-nonsense information. I just bought the hard copy and I'm getting ready to listen to it again. I definitely recommend it to any woman at any age. and although I have not implemented much as of yet I am looking forward to seeing the changes that are to come. Thank you so much for such a wonderful book!

This is terrible as an audiobook
This book might be good on Kindle or hard copy, but it’s basically a laundry list of anti-aging remedies. I listen to audiobooks while driving - listening to endless pages of things to buy and use was a horrible waste of my time. I wish I hadn’t wasted my monthly credit on it.

This book should have a off because the English pronunciation and the unfamiliar ingredients or terms makes it difficult to find and familiarise yourself with.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
