No engagement to the story

First, the Spanish version uses words that are spoken only in Spain. So, sometimes it is hard to understand. the English portion is very badly pronounced. Second, the narrator goes too fast. Doesn't perform well the dialogs with the ups and downs of the voice. Wonder how she breaths. Third, the story is empty. No message is delivered clearly. No engagement from my point of view. I am disapointed and sad.
