I learned a lot from this book- lots of scientific explanations, so much in fact I had to listen to it twice. Narration enunciations are a little different than what I’m used to with audio book, but I powered through because I wanted the info! If struggling with metabolic dysfunction this is educational.

I loved that it is a practical, easy to follow approach. The fact that it is for women was a positive for me. I have not had a period for 40 years due to a hysterectomy at an early age. It was refreshing to have a way to recreate a cycle.
