Audiobook Perfection

Listening to their story unfold, hearing their vulnerability through the voices and fantastic performances of these narrators was everything! Heather Firth and Corvin King. A completely immersive audiobook experience!I was emotionally consumed learning about their pasts, the beautiful, and gut wrenching complexity of how their lives intertwine, and the emotional depths of the characters ripped my heart wide open.

This series keeps getting better!

I am totally obsessed with the North Shore stories! It keeps getting better and spicier!! I cannot wait for the next one!!!!!

What a crazy ride!

I couldn’t stand Jade the first two books, but by the end of this one, I absolutely adored her. She was one of the good ones.

Was a struggle at times, but worth it in the end

Was not expecting this level, considered stopping a couple times, but kept going and it was so worth it! Overall story is really good, and I was devastated in one of the last chapters but so glad I finished it!!

What else could you want??

If you’ve read any of Lola’s books and enjoyed them, this will be for you. Corvin King brings these brothers to life in such a unique & captivating way. Heather Firth also did a great job! I really loved the story of their relationship as it progressed. Def recommend this!

Dark and Exciting

This one is just as dark as the others. It was exciting and one hell of a ride. I don’t know which brother I’d prefer. It flipped so many times. I liked getting to know Jade and her back story more, because I completely despised her in book one. This goes to show, not all is as it seems. Jade has had it rough her whole life and her one bright spot was Ethan, until he wasn’t. I think what he did was awful he not only broke his brother, but the girl he says he loved. Though in the end they all got what they wanted.

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the pet kink. I’ve discovered that’s not a new kink at all. To each their own, but definitely a nope for me lol.

Sinfully DELICIOUS!!!!

I have read Delightful Suns when it first came out but because I love Corvin Kings narration I knew I had to listen! Lola King always writes pure deliciousness but combined with the narrator’s, I could not stop listening!!!! This was spicy, dark, suspenseful and had such intensity I couldn’t stop!!!! Definite 5 stars!

Chapter 16 car scene happens in the middle of stopped traffic.
PAGE 276 WTF, Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor, and try to restart my heart.
Then re-read the same page four times.
Am I crazy for wanting a story for each of the side characters. Keep them comming, literally...

Loved these characters!!!

Just when you think it's one thing there is yet another turn! Loved this book and the characters and just like all of the books in this series wonderfully written. All emotions are felt straight from the pages of this book! well done!!!
