Very helpful. I wish I would have had this 30 years ago!

Tim does a great job giving me a practical approach to reframing the way I think about anxiety and respond to it when it occurs. This perspective is similar and supports and simplifies the other book that has also changed my life which is “The Confidence Gap.” I highly recommend both and I’m very grateful to the authors for helping to educate me and give me the tools and insight to recover and embrace the adventure of life. Thank you!
