Sad the series is over. Great characters, loved them together. She's strong and sassy... and a little submissive 😉 He's swoony, dominant and loves his girl!

Lucy and JF wrapped up this series exquisitely!

When I saw that Lucy Rivers and JF Harding were giving life to Ana and Mikhail the audiobook couldn't release soon enough for me. Both of them perform their hearts out. The Russian accents were perfect. I absolutely loved how JF narrates the parts where Mikhail is cussing in his mind, the way that he would almost whisper them....excellent. When he calls her "pretty girl"!!!! Then there is Lucy and having to be sweet Ana then switch to the snotty Zoya then back to Ana without missing a beat. This entire series has excellent narrators but I have to say these two made Claim my favorite audio for the series.

The anticipation for Mikhail’s story is finally over and Ms. Mason ended the BTS series in the best possible way. All throughout this series Mikhail has been somewhat of a mystery, but no more.

Mikhail and that heart of his he thinks is bad…nope! That man has a heart of pure love when it comes to those he holds near and dear. If he promises to take care of something or someone he honors that and it eventually leads him to the woman who wins over his heart.

Here is where things get vague! The FMC is a guessing game. I thought I knew who it was going to be and I could not have been more wrong. I swear “what’s her name” was made for Mikhail. I absolutely loved her, she is the kind of FMC that really completes a story. Mikhail is not wrong when he calls her iskorka (spark)!

These two characters absolutely consumed me just like all of Luna’s stories have. They have some extreme heartfelt moments and then there were so many times of just fun. What’s her name truly brings life back to Mikhail.

It is always sad leaving a series but she gives her readers one hell of an ending to the Volkovs. We get characters from the BTM series, a glimpse at her upcoming spin off, and then Enzo and his upcoming story.

The twists and turns will keep you guessing … Lies , deception , love and the ultimate REVENGE . we see characters from the other books and the BTM men also … I went thru all of the emotions reading this one … it did not disappoint … I laughed , cried and yelled . It was like a full circle moment …

We also cannot forget to mention the BESTEST companion out there … Mikhail’s cane corso HADES !! Who proves he has it just as bad as Miki does for what’s her name !!! ❤️

Personally I believe the best part of this entire series was the underlying story . The characters , their struggles and how their significant others helped heal their wounds … lessons about love and acceptance . It wasn’t your typical mafia book 📖

Mikhail…the man that you are!

No notes. Perfections, just like every other story in this series. I am a die hard Luna Mason reason and this story is one of those reasons. *spoiler* I hate a cheating trope but I love a OWD trope. I like the spice it adds to the story and Mikhail constantly reassures Anastasia that he only has eyes for her and it’s perfect. I love a good soul mate storyline. This book brought all the characters of the other books in the series and the beneath the mask series together nicely. I love it when characters cross over. I am excited to see what she has in store for Enzo and Declan- I can see a Irish Mafia spin off coming with how she lead into his backstory a bit and giving us more history on the Irish mafia’s dealings.

Don’t bother

I used a credit on this book, unfortunately I can’t get that credit back. I kept hoping it would get better, however it never did.
