I really enjoyed this story. Wish I could read it again for the first time.

Linc and Eden ❤️

Loved the story of a woman who stood her ground and told the truth. I also loved how Linc is so enamored with her. Sweeter than I thought it was going to be.

My first Kay Cove and I am eager for more! I could not put this down!

Really good book !

This book is an excellent read with many twists and turns that keep you hooked. Eden's character is intriguing and adds a lot to the story, but there were aspects of her that I found frustrating. At times, her naivety and emotional responses seemed a bit over-the-top and unrealistic. Despite claiming to only trust Link, Eden often found herself in questionable situations and made decisions that felt out of character or overly dramatic.

Though these elements were bothersome, they didn't overshadow the overall experience. The book is still a must-read and definitely worth the credit and purchase. The emotional depth and complexity of the plot make it a compelling story, even if some character choices were puzzling.

Military Romance

I went into this book with no expectations and really enjoyed the plot! The FMC, Eden, stands up for what's right and gets crucified. Her intelligence, empathy, and ability to forgive were her strengths. These characteristics balance the MMC, Linc, who finds her light in his darkness. This man cherished her!

I’m really trying

I am trying so hard to like this book but the female character is ssssssoooooooo annoying and WEAK!!!! Now I appreciate a dominant protective male lead but I really can’t with the female character she is really cringe! I am hoping it’s going to get better because I literally wanted to vomit at her scared shaking like a dog weakness

SOOOO GOOD

This book was recommended by Booktok and I’ve been waiting for it to be released on Audible and it DID NOT disappoint. Such a good love story, suspense, and pretty spicy(5/10🌶️). I loved every minute of it. 10/10 recommend.

Intense

This story follows Eden & Linc. They fell for each other quickly but they did connect on a deeper level. Eden's recovering from her life falling apart after doing the right thing and Linc is part of a group that worked outside the law but now they are working for the law. I really enjoyed the plot and the characters and I'm interested to find out what's going on between Cricket & Lance.

Good story, voices don't seem to match characters

This is a great story and the voice actors are good but they don't match the book. They seem older and mature.
