Loved it! Cute mystery of murder case of cheesecake bars! Husband and wife team that solve murders together! Narrator was awesome!

Story tugged my heart. Stephanie was great.

This was an interesting yet touching tale. Sabrina, her husband David, and their daughter Jessica each ran into real danger. This led to some deep thinking about the future. There were moments that I had tears in my eyes, a few smiles, and a warm feeling surrounding these people and this town. Stephanie Quinn did a great job making me feel these emotions strongly. I have enjoyed this series and this story.

I received a copy of this audiobook as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.

Cheesecake bars with a taste of Murder

I really enjoyed this book, it makes you think of getting old and the changes we have to make in life. Looking forward to reading the next book. The narration was good.

Cheesecake Bars With a Side of Murder

Sabrina is trying to get David to decide on whether to retire sooner rather than later. The morning brings an old friend in for coffee. He's concerned about the news that the man who stabbed him decades before is being released from prison. They talk for a while. The next morning David goes into the kitchen to deliver bad news to Sabrina...Jake was found dead in his office. Sabrina can't believe it and feels that it wasn't natural causes. After investigating and coming up empty they decide to take a mini vacation to decompress and visit an old friend. On their return home, things take a turn for tragedy and causes a lot of soul searching.
Stephanie Quinn brings Sabrina to live as well as her friends.
A fantastic audio and story.

Cheesecake bars soothe the soul

Sabrina Carlson has been helping her husband David solve murders for years. Now when a good friend of theirs is found dead at his office, they are off to find his killer. But what they find out is a surprise and makes them evaluate their life. This book is not only fun in it's story, seeing the quirky townsfolk, but it is a little more serious for Sabrina and David. Looking back on this series, they have been through so much and the twist that happens near the end, I can see and empathize with their plight. It's good to see Jessica and I am hoping this isn't the end! I love these two! They make me think and smile with the antics of Sabrina and seriousness of David. It's such a fun series. Stephanie Quinn brings them all to life with her narration. Her continuous voices from book to book give that feeling of familiarity and comfort of home as I listen. Always fun to hear her.

Sabrina to prove it was Murder

Residents of Treasure Cove seemed to be having a hard right now., especially when a business man died of a heart attack. Sabrina doesn’t go alone with that, thinks foul play, and can she prove it was murder. Then Sabrina and David talk about retirement.

If you've liked Meredith Potts books, you'll like

The same town, the same characters, but something is new in town. Something earth shaking happens and big decisions need to be made. This is a fun listen.

David is thinking about retiring

Thinking about retirement you have David and Sabrina talking about how sad it has been that Treasure cove is changing. You are seeing more robberies and murderies. Treasure cove is changing, you have a well developed storyline. You have interesting characters. Jessica Sabrinas daughter missed a close call. Then David and Sabrina run into a problem. I will not state the storyline so you need to read to see how this book goes. I enjoyed this book. Recommend reading this as it is a great book.

This book is totally different in the series!

This is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary.
This book is unlike any of the other books in the series. Crime gets closer to home and Sabrina and her cop husband have to deal with something they haven't had to before. Very interesting!
Narration was very good as usual!

Good Read

Cheesecake Bars with a Side of Murder (Daley Buzz Treasure Cove Cozy Mystery Book 31) was another great read by Meredith Potts. Jake is a local business mogul who is found dead. The coroner is convinced that he died of a heart attack but Sabrina doesn’t believe that is the case. Sabrina dives into the case head first looking for a murderer. This was another good read by Meredith Potts.
