It’s an instant no from Hudson at first, but when she convinces him that no one will find out, including her brother, and points out how he will benefit from the marriage too…well, Hudson might just find himself saying “I do.”

Great but

I love this book and the voice actors but I cannot deal with the variances in how loud they are one second and whispering the next. I would love to return this audiobook and just read it 😭 I’m so upset cause I love this series but this is hard to listen to. She’s screaming and he’s whispering

Could not stop laughing

I loved this book! I love all the Bridesmaids book but Sloane and Hudson are just something else. I laughed so hard at one point it brought on a hot flash. Listen to it or read it. Either way Meghan Quinn this is a masterpiece.

Loved the story, female narrator yikes

Love the story and the duet narration. Jason Clarke is amazing as usual. The female narrator got on my ever-loving last nerve. She is usually borderline annoying anyway, but for some reason in this book she was hideously shrill and and child-like and it REALLY detracted from the story. When she did other voices I had to speed it up so fast to get through it or just skip the scene. I hope this isn’t how this lead is going to narrate books now because I just won’t listen.

Love this hilarious rom-com

Hudson & Sloane decide to go into a marriage of convenience with each other for reasons that would benefit both of them. They have no intention of catching feelings for one another, but best laid plans and all….


This story has so many hilarious moments, heartfelt and heartbreaking moments too 💔
Do yourself a huge favor and read or listen to this book, because it’s truly wonderful!

Sound imbalance

The female narrator was MUCH louder than the male and it was very difficult to get through because of that fact. But the story was good!

Best one YET!!

Meghan Quinn has done it once again, gifting us with this hilarious and laugh out loud story. This is the third book in the Bridesmaid series and follows Hudson and Sloane. Both of these characters made appearances in the first two books, but this can be enjoyed as a stand-alone. Hudson was such a great grumpy MMC but you learn that he is the way he is because of the weight of the world he feels he needs to carry on his shoulders. Sloane is so confident and fierce, but she has a hard time getting her family to see her as a grown women and not the “baby” in the family. This story of marriage of convenience, age gap, best friends’ sister is classic Quinn and I loved everything about it. I found myself laughing out loud several times. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes during the class they take thinking it was a dance class (no spoilers!). While I spent a lot of time laughing, there was no shortage of hot and spicy also. Hudson tried so hard to hold himself back from Sloane, but in the end he gave in…A lot. On top of an amazing story was some truly riveting narrating by Jason Clarke and Vanessa Edwin. This was some of the best I have heard from Jasone Clarke, the way he read Hudson and was able to portray the vast range of emotion was absolutely brilliant. He could be in a heated argument in character, and then reading the scene in the characters inner voice cool and calm and jump right back in. Vanessa Edwin was just stunning! Her voice fit Sloanes character perfectly. She has such a youthful voice but also was able to demand the respect that was deserved. The way she would hit the comedic timing just amplified the hilarity of the scene. They delivered an exceptional performance in duet style and I would recommend anyone who needs/wants a light to give it a go.

Jason Clarke-wow!

Wow-Jason Clarke-narrator-made this book hot. His voice during spicy scenes was out of this world. Great read.

I literally pissed my pants on chapter 14

This is the funnest book she has written to date. I was dying for hours. I had a pissed off hubby smh.

Best comedy and love story

Best narrators ever ! They made the great story beautiful. I cried, laughed out loud and felt love.

Great series

Loved the story line. Love Jason Clarke’s voice and narration. Between the two actors there are times I struggle to hear his voice because his voice will get very quiet, while her voice comes across loud compared to his quiet.
