About this listen

From the USA Today bestselling author of The Wedding Game comes a new romantic comedy about the antics that ensue when three siblings come together for their parents’ fiftieth-anniversary party.

Martin and Peggy Chance believe love should last a lifetime. With their fiftieth wedding anniversary on the horizon, they’ve modeled a beautiful relationship for their three grown children. But to their dismay, that lesson hasn’t quite caught on—the three siblings just can’t seem to take a chance and find love in their own lives.

There’s Ford, the eldest, devoted to his work and resistant to romance...or so he claims. Cooper, the middle child, can’t get past his divorce—until he reconnects with a feisty baker from his past. And Palmer, the baby of the family, is the free-spirited world traveler who always pictured herself with someone other than a handsome small-town family doctor.

When the Chance siblings come together to plan the ultimate anniversary party for their parents, they’ll have to navigate romantic entanglements, sibling rivalries, and the definitive end of their childhood. Whatever happens, The Reunion promises to be a fun, flirty, wild ride.

LOVED IT!🥰❤️

What a funny, sweet and sexy book! This was a wonderful pick-me-up feel-good book!😄I enjoyed it so much from beginning to end!! This was my kind of humor too…I was literally laughing out loud so hard from simple, yet so very funny, one liners that I lol later in the day when it popped back into my head again!🤣 I found myself loving Cooper and Palmer! Every character is Great though~they all had me laughing and “awwing” throughout the book!🥰 I also loved that this book was sexy but not raunchy…just funny and cute yet still very sexy! ❤️Meghan Quinn just gained another fan and I can’t wait to read more from her!❤️❤️❤️
I loved the narrators too!🥰They we’re PERFECT for each characters personality! BRAVO!☺️
I’m smiling and laughing while writing this so that pretty much sums up how this book made me feel!❤️

Love this family❤️

The One Night was the perfect setup for The Reunion. Meghan has written an epically loving yet slightly dysfunctional family! Each sibling has such strong personalities & Meghan absolutely nailed them:) I laughed out loud, choked up a bit (hellooo Cooper & Ford talking about their fears growing up🥺) and just enjoyed that families don’t have to be picture perfect all the time :)

After a total knock down drag out fight the Chance kids are forced to deal with their issues with themselves and each other. Truths are shared and they realize family is stronger together ❤️

Slow & Overly Dramatic

Oh boy. The way we relate to family is very deeply embedded. It's difficult to shift your viewpoint on how someone is from what you've known from the past. This is even more difficult when it comes to family.

This story of three estranged siblings had all the feels and some giggles escaped me. A much needed break from the usual thrillers and murders I've been reading.

Overall, this was a slow paced story. I found all the self-talk to be distracting and unnecessary. Full paragraphs could have been deleted and the story would have been tighter.

It was my first time listening to this author and I’ll try another but this was not a top shelf listen.

So funny!

I work nights and listen to books at my desk while working. I actually LAUGHED OUT LOUD at this! My co-workers asked me for the name of the book because I was laughing so hard. In the beginning it was a bit hard to follow until I got more used to the specific voices for each character. It didn’t take long until I really got into this. The way every single character had a back story but yet they weren’t to complex where it made your brain hurt. I loved it all!! So good!! Completely worth the credit.

Cute story

Cooper’s narrator was difficult to listen to with weird pauses and an unnatural conversational flow.

Love this book!!

I haven’t read a Meghan Quinn book I didn’t like, but love love love this one!! The voice of Cooper had a great raspy tone, but it wasn’t fluid
when reading. Still a great listen.

Cooper..

Great story and narrators except for the person who narrated Cooper. I couldn't envision a cute guy. He sounded like a kindergartner with an extremely deep voice. And the same goes for when he did female voices. it sounded like kids at the park. He should narrate books for children and would be great at that.

Good story for a road trip

This story was both entertaining and frustrating. The story held our attention, the characters were well-developed, but it was hard to like the daughter Palmer character. Would make a good movie. Listened to this on a long road trip and it kept us engaged. We will look for another story by this author.
